Welcome to Cole
The Cole team
If you live with a parent, partner, or housemate who calls you when their printer stops working - you already know what Cole does. You've been Cole. You're tired.
The problem isn't that tech support doesn't exist. The problem is that it's structured like a courtroom. Tickets. Categories. Twenty-minute holds. Scripts that don't apply to your situation. By the time someone with the right context reaches you, the thing you wanted to do has slipped away from you.
What we wanted
A friend who's good at computers. Not the perfect engineer - the patient cousin. Someone who watches your screen, asks one question, and points at the button you can't find. Five minutes, problem fixed, you go back to whatever you were doing.
So we built that.
What a session looks like
You type a sentence: "My printer says offline." You share the tab or window where the trouble is. Cole watches. Cole asks one thing. You answer. Cole circles a button on your screen. You click it. It works.
Then you get a short transcript so the next time it happens, you have notes.
What it isn't
Cole isn't going to replace IT for genuinely broken hardware. It's not going to set up your enterprise SSO. It's not a kernel-level admin tool - it works only inside your browser, only on the screen you choose to share, and you stay in control of the cursor the whole time.
It's also not free forever. The first five minutes are. After that you can pay per session, monthly, or as a household. Pricing's on the pricing page.
Try it
Start a session - five minutes, no card.
If Cole doesn't fix the thing in five minutes, you can decide whether the rest is worth €7. We think a lot of the time it will be.
