This is a draft of how Cole handles your data, written to set expectations for early users. It is not a final legal document. Before launch, this page will be replaced with text reviewed by counsel.
What we collect
When you sign in to Cole, we store your email address, name, and (if you let Google share it) your profile picture, so we can show you your session history. If you pay, we store your Stripe customer ID - but never your card number.
During a session, Cole sees the screen content you choose to share. We process that content to figure out the next step, but we do not store video. We do store a transcript of what Cole said and what you typed, so you can come back to it.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell your data.
- We don’t train models on your screen content.
- We don’t take over your computer or move your cursor.
- We don’t share your session content with anyone outside the small team running Cole.
Where data lives
Account data and session transcripts are stored on AWS in the EU. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not transfer session content to third-party AI vendors except for the model calls Cole makes during your session - those requests are ephemeral and not retained by the model provider beyond their standard processing window.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete your account, your transcripts, or anything we’ve stored about you. Email hello@botzone.aiand we’ll do it within seven days.
Changes
When this draft becomes the final policy, we’ll let you know by email and update the “last reviewed” date at the top of this page.
