This is a draft of the terms for using Cole, written to set expectations during the early access period. It is not a final legal document.

Use of the service

Cole is a tech-support tool. By using it, you agree to use it for its intended purpose - getting help with computer trouble - and not for things that would clearly break a reasonable person’s expectation of fair use (e.g. trying to break Cole, spamming it, or using it to do harm to other people).

Subscriptions and payment

Cole Plus and Cole Family are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Pay-per-session charges happen at the start of the session.

What we don’t guarantee

We work hard to make Cole helpful, but we can’t guarantee it will solve every problem. If Cole doesn’t fix the thing you wanted fixed, we’ll tell you that early in the session so you don’t waste your time.

Refunds

If you bought a single session and Cole declared the issue out of scope in the first 90 seconds, you’re not charged. For other refund requests during the early-access period, email us at hello@botzone.aiand we’ll handle them on a case-by-case basis.

Changes

When this draft becomes the final terms document, we’ll let you know by email and update the “last reviewed” date at the top of this page.
